President and Co-Owner

Kyle started his career as an accountant for the CPA firm KPMG, working with many fortune 500 companies. Along with Bryant, he's owned and operated a property management company for 9 years helping the company to establish good business systems and a professional team of employees. He has earned an accounting degree from California State University Long Beach, graduating as the class Outstanding Graduate. Kyle and his wife enjoy raising their two daughters.

Bryant is a licensed real estate broker and has been in the industry for the past 14 years. He started his career as a loan officer, participating in hundreds of real estate transactions. He has owned and operated a property management company in Orange county for 9 years. Starting at zero, he helped to grow the company to over 600 units under management. He has earned a Master degree from the University of Southern California in Real Estate Development and other degrees from California State University of Fullerton and Brigham Young University. Outside of work Bryant spends most of his time with his wife and three children.

Tahnee Merideth
Tahnee Merideth

Residential & Commercial Property Manager

Tahnee's background includes several years of owning and operating a successful termite business in Northern California with her ex husband. Tahnee is also a real estate agent licensed in the State of California since 2003. Tahnee has taken her property management experience a step further and acquired her Property Management and HUD certifications through the state of California.
Tahnee oversees all maintenance, and property turnover activities for properties, includes communication with owners, tenants and vendors to coordinate work, performs, pre-move out and final walk thrus on all properties, interfacing with HOA's on owner or tenant issues, attend HOA meetings if necessary, approve all vendor invoices for payments, coordinate all move out tenant expenses and delivers 3-day notices to tenants. As leasing agent Tahnee is part of the rotation to take all leasing call within her property profile. Other duties include: showing properties, screening potential tenants, running credit reports, and writing leases. Tahnee is also a proud mother of three lovely children.

Alexis Hall graduated in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has been working in the field of real estate since 2001, earning her broker’s license along the way. Alexis uses her extensive knowledge of real estate to successfully act as a Property Manager at Irvine Property Management.

Accountant

Jessica has over 7 years of small business and customer service experience. In 2013, she became an Irvine Property Management team member. In becoming a licensed Realtor, Jessica strives to continue to gain more knowledge of the Real Estate and Property Management world. She prides herself in her friendly and kindhearted approach to clients, as well as other employees. Jessica started off as an assistant property manager and moved her way into our accounting department.

Junior Property Manager

Brittany has been in the Real Estate business for over 5 years and has worked with high end Realtors. She joined the Irvine Property Management, team in 2014. Currently working on getting her Real Estate license, Brittany strives to gain more knowledge of the business and become a great asset to Irvine Property Management. Brittany specializes in marketing and advertising, as well as working closely with our tenants on their leasing renewal needs.

Mike Honeycutt was born and raised in Orange County, after graduating from Marina High School in Huntington Beach he joined the US Coast Guard where he completed electrician school. After 4 years of service and a commercial electrician job he joined a contracting company and worked his way up to project manager. In 2010 after a few years of managing successful remodel projects he earned his contractors license and began remolding apartment units for companies like The Irvine Company or Essex Property Management. Now armed with the proper knowledge from years of experience in construction, Mike takes care of all of the homes like they where his own and provides great in site on making sure your home is properly taken care of.

Everybody likes Mike! Mike is fun and has the gift of gab. He has more than 15 years of experience in the termite and pest control industry where he performed countless inspections, treatments, wood replacement, insulation removals and installations, sales, operations, etc. Raised in Orange County, Michael coaches little league baseball in the community where he grew up. In 2014 he joined forces with the new IPM owners as an inspector but grew into our Business Development Role where he consults property owners on how we can help manage their properties.

Maintenance Estimator

Natalie gets to deal with some pretty difficult situations, yet she is one of the happiest people we know. New York City native Natalie Otero has been with IPM's new owner's since 2010. Natalie heads up the service department and ensures that all of IPM’s properties service needs are met. Natalie works with the property managers to ensure any vacant property is rent ready for new tenants. Natalie also handles all after hour service calls. Natalie is currently working on completing her college degree and in her spare time loves to travel.

Gary Frank Sully

Real Estate Sales

As a principal of The Sully Group, Gary oversees all real estate sales and services. He specializes in working with both sellers and buyers and their real estate needs along with the procurement of investment properties and 1031 exchanges. Over the past 28 years, Gary has developed a solid clientele base focusing on real estate services in the Orange County area. His present client base includes, but is not limited to, over 2000 individual owners and tenants, a majority of which are his clients and contacts from his partnership with a prominent Orange County property management firm. This partnership enables Gary to showcase and offer to his clients many select properties that are for sale, or for purchase. Gary has sold approximately $840,000,000 in properties since 1988.
A California native, Gary has spent his career mostly concentrating his efforts on Real Estate in Orange County, California. Gary earned a BS degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. He is an active member of the South County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors member and a member of the Apartment Association of Orange County. He grew up in Tustin, California and resides there today with his family.

I have been an Irvine resident since 2000; proud mother of 2, an USF student and a sophomore at Northwood High. I was born and raised in Mexico, coming to this beautiful country more than 20 years ago, our home is bi-cultural since I am married to a Hungarian born, love to eat "palacsinta a delicious dessert and goulash soup" a dish that is very similar to our mexican menudo or maybe pozole!! My professional background includes, Mortgage loans, working for a Mortgage Loan Company for over ten years, then received my Real Estate License and began my career at Tarbell Realtors, three years later I moved to First Team Real Estate, due to “the market crisis” I learned the process of Short Sales and REO’s, earning people’s trust with their most-valuable asset and taking responsibility to handle each transaction very seriously has been my mission. In August of 2011 a new opportunity was given to me when I moved to IPM it was a prayer answered! Besides my Real Estate career, I am the
Administrative Assistant for the COO, Mr. Gary Sully. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Certification as of Legal Translator in the State of California.

Born and raised in London, England Steve left the UK and lived in Canada for about ten years before settling in California in the late 1980's. Steve has lived in Irvine for over 25 years and has seen the city grow and become the major and dynamic center it is today. Steve was in the photo industry for many years, first as a photographer, teacher and then in sales and marketing.and then he became a Realtor in 2002. His expertise working with buyers and sellers alike has earned him an enviable reputation in this industry and he is well known and respected by his peers. Steve has hundreds of extremely satisfied past clients, many of whom have used his services several times. As well as making buying or selling a home, pleasant and smooth, instead of frustrating and stressful for his clients, he is also a skilled negotiator and knows how to save his clients thousands of dollars. Steve was a top producer First Team Real Estate in Irvine for over ten years where he also trained the new agents and now he is excited to be with such a prestigious company as Irvine Property Management where his skills and experience will allow him to be more diversified and continue to help people realize their dreams of home ownership or to simply find them a great lease property until they are in a position to buy a home.
On a personal note, Steve is divorced and he is the proud father of his two beautiful and successful daughters, Lisa 24 and Ashley 27. His second passion to Real Estate is music and Steve is an accomplished blues and rock guitarist and has played in many bands over the years.
